During the warmer roofing months, our estimators look at as many as 85 roofs per week. As part of our process, we assess the health and needs of the roof and attic — but we’re also observing the whole home. Often we inspect a roof only to tell a homeowner that while we aren’t needed, they should have their HVAC, siding, or chimney serviced. Other times our team spots mold growth and points the homeowner toward a trusted partner.
